- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆One teller on a Saturday, huge line. This gentleman has been being helped for 10 minutes. The next person in line finally got up but was told she needs a manager for this transaction but she is on the phone. Smh, understaffed is an understatement. Update: Teller has vanished, line is still growing. This is literally unreal, thank God this isn't my bank. Update 2: Still waiting.. Someone complained and said this is a typical Saturday (One teller, employees don't want to work in the summer.. What a tragedy.. Welcome to the real world). - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I have Power of Attorney for my father who has his accounts here. This branch is understaffed and was extremely nasty prior to getting the Power of Attorney approved.
